What's with the name, True North?
Our name tells our story.
Hayden True North Church began as a mission plant from our Coeur d’Alene campus. Because our new gathering was located north of CDA, early conversations naturally turned toward the compass—Which way is true north? What does it mean to point in the right direction?
Very quickly, this simple question reshaped into something bigger.
As a church, we realized that True North isn’t a direction on a map—True North is a Person.
Jesus Christ is the One we orient our lives toward.
He is steady when life shifts.
He is constant when culture changes.
He is the point on the compass that never moves.
What began as geography became a metaphor for everything we believe:
A church centered on Jesus will always find its way.
Though we are now a fully independent church, the name remains because the meaning has only grown deeper. Our hearts, our mission, and our community continue to be set on Him.
At Hayden True North Church, we help people align their lives with Jesus—our unchanging True North.
WAT WE DOEN
ONZE VISIE
Uitgezonden in liefde om lief te hebben zoals Jezus. Wij geloven in het zijn van discipelen van Christus en het uitvoeren van zijn missie op aarde. We gaan in onze gemeenschap en helpen iedereen die het nodig heeft. Anderen laten zien hoe ze als Christus kunnen zijn en iedereen accepteren zoals ze zijn.
We komen wekelijks samen om te aanbidden, hebben discipelschapskansen in kleine groepen en nemen deel aan het voorzien in de behoeften van de meest kwetsbaren van onze gemeenschap.
God's people will be known by their fruit.

We are a church empowered by the love of Jesus with undeniable warmth and radical grace. Every person is seen, valued, and embraced—no matter their past, their struggles, or their story. We overflow with compassion, not just in words but in action: feeding the hungry, comforting the hurting, and standing with the broken. Worship is alive and authentic, not just on Sundays, but in the way we live every day. You find laughter in the hallways, prayers in the quiet places, and a deep sense of purpose driving every ministry. We raise up leaders, nurture children in truth and love, and send people out into the world to serve with boldness. In every moment, we seek to reflect the heart of Jesus—full of mercy, full of truth, and full of love that never gives up.

Wij zijn een diverse groep mensen. We verwelkomen mensen van alle politieke voorkeuren, alle opleidingsniveaus, verschillende sociale economieën en alle leeftijden.
